I’m looking forward to Part 2. I’m very curious on specific steps and reasoning behind each step and questions.

This is validation for some initial intuitive thinking I’ve done on the subject. I’m looking forward to learning more.

I believe the two words that describe my thoughs on reading the post are intrigue and excitement that comes when you are about to start exploring.

Thank you Ruchi for introducing this to me.

I am starting a trip in Himalayas in one week. So i will be able to start the process only after I am back in the connected world but nonetheless i am looking forward to it.

I'm giving it a try, thanks.

On the privacy note, one option is to use duck.ai which doesn't store any data in the cloud, only locally so is an option. It has a chat history so you can go back to it. I have yet to fully try it, but could be a way to go.

Subject: Request for Permission to Reprint Content in Upcoming Publication

Dear Dr. Sinha,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request permission to reprint two sections from your article How I Accidentally Built an AI-Powered Mirror for My Mind:

“AI Journaling vs. Traditional Journaling”

“AI Journaling vs. Therapy”

I would like to include these sections in my forthcoming book on microinterventions, which will be published by Guilford Press. I am requesting world print and electronic rights to reproduce this material in the book, with appropriate attribution to you as the original author.

If you agree to grant permission, please let me know if there are any specific citation requirements or conditions you would like me to follow. I would be happy to provide additional details about the book, including its intended audience and publication timeline, if needed.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I greatly appreciate your work and look forward to the possibility of incorporating these insightful comparisons into my book. Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you require any further information.

Best regards,

Craig LeCroy, Ph.D.

Wow, Ruchi! This is fascinating, thank you! What really stands out to me is the power of curiosity, openness, and humility. The way you model those superpowers is inspiring! The world sorely needs more people embracing those spirits these days. I’m also intrigued by the power of AI journaling that you shared, so plan to look into it. 🫶🏽
